Job Summary

Job description:

Neese Heating & Air is seeking experienced HVAC dispatchers that understand and value customer service. We are looking to add high energy dependable organized full time dispatchers. As a dispatcher you would be responsible for maintaining the dispatch board/service technicians schedule routing them based on location answering incoming calls making outbound calls quoting and scheduling parts running credits cards etc.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and phone skills
Great organization
Geographical knowledge of our service area for proper dispatching
Dependable & having reliable transportation to work.
