Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) Up to 50000 Nursing & Dementia Care
This role is for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager ready to lead by example.

What Youll Need
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
- Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or equivalent senior nursing role.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations DoLS and compliance.

- Support the Home Manager with the clinical and operational leadership of the service.
- Ensure high standards of nursing care compliance and safeguarding.
- Lead mentor and support nursing and care teams on shift.
- Monitor audits care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a senior clinical presence for residents families and professionals.
- Promote a warm homely environment that residents feel proud to call home.
