The Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Program Manager (SMB) to own and lead the EMEA SMB marketing strategy. This role sits within the EMEA B2B Customer Marketing function and acts as the central point of coordination across Product Marketing Content Sales and Demand Marketing teams.
You will be responsible for designing and activating integrated multi-channel campaigns that align global strategy with regional priorities with a particular focus on Germany.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong strategic thinking cross-functional collaboration and hands-on campaign orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the EMEA SMB B2B integrated marketing strategy
Partner with global marketing teams and regional SMB stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable campaigns
Collaborate with consumer marketing teams to identify cross-segment opportunities and halo effects
Brief internal channel teams (Paid Media Paid Search Lifecycle Marketing Webinars etc.) on quarterly strategies and ensure cohesive execution
Work closely with content teams to ensure all required assets are developed localized and aligned with launch timelines (with emphasis on Germany)
Track performance collate campaign results and present insights during mid-quarter reviews and end-of-quarter business summaries
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time within scope and aligned to business objectives
What Youll Bring
5 years experience in B2B marketing demand generation or related roles (SaaS or complex matrix organizations preferred)
Proven experience developing marketing strategies and orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across functions
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across marketing and sales teams
Excellent project management capabilities able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with experience reporting and presenting campaign performance
Native German speaker based in London/Reading or Munich
Strong communication skills attention to detail and collaborative working style
