YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As our Sales Manager in the Netherlands you play a key role in building plancrafts presence in the Netherlands from the ground up. Having just entered the market were looking for someone who enjoys shaping things early on: developing relationships with a growing base of Dutch customers co-creating a local sales approach with a small but highly motivated team and turning early learnings into scalable is a hands-on role where youll work closely with others while owning your own customer impact with a strong focus on collaboration and building sustainable foundations early on.
Youll be based in Amsterdam working on-site from our local office at least three days per week and collaborating closely with the team in Hamburg Germany.

Your responsibilities:
  • Build and manage the end-to-end sales journey in the Netherlands from first contact to long-term customer relationships.
  • Connect with Dutch craft businesses through thoughtful outreach and consultative product demos that focus on real needs and workflows.
  • Represent plancraft authentically at online demos fairs and partner events helping to establish trust in a new market.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Lead and Country Lead to shape and continuously improve the Dutch sales approach.
  • Capture customer feedback and market insights to help refine messaging product positioning and internal playbooks.
  • Balance hands-on sales work with contributing ideas that support sustainable growth as the NL market develops.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-Have Skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or a customer-facing commercial role with confidence in leading conversations independently.
  • A consultative mindset and genuine interest in understanding customer needs and workflows.
  • Comfort working in Dutch (C1/C2 level) with professional English skills for internal collaboration.
  • Willingness to spend time onboarding with the team in Hamburg to build strong personal connections.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in SaaS tech or subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with craft construction or trades-related customer groups.
  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g. HubSpot) to stay organized and transparent in sales work.
  • Enjoyment of working in early-stage or evolving environments where not everything is defined yet.
