Job Summary
Overview
South Pointe Honda is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive are looking to add a qualified Service Advisor to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Inspect vehicles and review service history to confirm needs
- Promote sales of services parts and accessories through product knowledge
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates; obtain customer approval
- Monitor service progress and update customers on changes
- Administer warranty repairs by manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to write precise repair instructions and provide accurate estimates
- Knowledge of automotive products services and warranty processes is considered a plus
- Must pass background check MVR and drug screening
