Position Overview

PlanITROI is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment team. This is a Temp-Perm role with a 90-day conversion. This role is critical in ensuring all outbound orders are processed accurately efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate has prior shipping or fulfillment experience strong organizational skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in supporting PlanITROIs mission of Changing Lives with Affordable Technology by ensuring products are delivered to customers with care accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily fulfillment and shipping operations to ensure all outbound orders meet accuracy and carrier deadlines (FedEx UPS USPS)
• Pick label and prepare products according to order specifications and company standards
• Assemble cartons boxes and packaging materials to ensure products are protected during transit
• Verify product types quantities and serial numbers against picking lists and shipping documentation
• Perform final quality checks on all outbound shipments prior to carrier pickup
• Generate and attach shipping labels packing slips bills of lading and other required documentation for domestic and international shipments
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update internal systems to track order status
• Identify document and report shipment discrepancies damages or issues to management
• Update inventory systems and Excel spreadsheets to track inventory levels and low-stock items
• Organize and maintain a clean efficient and safe shipping and fulfillment workspace
• Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies (boxes tape labels etc.) and communicate replenishment needs
• Adhere to OSHA standards company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Support additional warehouse or operational tasks assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 23 years of experience in shipping fulfillment and warehouse operations (eCommerce or distribution environment preferred)
• Hands-on experience with outbound shipping processes and carrier systems (FedEx UPS USPS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based environment

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand walk bend and lift for the entire 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. as required
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Must be able to safely operate basic warehouse equipment

The expected compensation for this position is $14.00-$15.00 per hour. Upon conversion PlanITROI offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance a 401(k) with company match paid time off and more.
