Job Summary

Tasks
We are looking for a sharp commercially-minded Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups. This isnt just about checking boxesyou will be at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware (Semiconductors) and agile software navigating the complex legal landscapes that define the future of technology.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-End Contract Lifecycle: Draft review and lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements including Master Purchase Agreements specialized Semiconductor supply/design-in contracts EULA and SaaS.
- Legal Excellence: Maintain and optimize legal templates documentation and internal filing systems to ensure due diligence-ready standards.
Requirements
- Legal Qualification: Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Exam) or US lawyer.
- Expertise: Significant experience in commercial contract law specifically within the Semiconductor SaaS or Software Licensing sectors.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in German and English is essential as you will be negotiating international cross-border agreements.
- Startup DNA: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are pragmatic proactive and capable of explaining complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
- Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture business objectives.
