Position Overview
The SAP MRO Solution Architect will lead the design development and implementation of robust Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) solutions leveraging SAP technologies. This role bridges business objectives and technology capabilities ensuring scalable reliable and innovative solutions aligned with enterprise strategy. The position requires strong expertise in SAP PM/EAM and integration with other enterprise platforms combined with leadership in digital transformation and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
oArchitect and configure SAP PM/EAM solutions for MRO processes ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
oDesign end-to-end solutions including corrective preventive and breakdown maintenance refurbishment of spares and external services management.
Requirements Gathering
oCollaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
System Integration
oOversee integration of SAP MRO solutions with ERP supply chain and procurement systems.
oManage data migration activities for Material Master Equipment Master BOMs and Functional Locations.
Process Optimization
oDrive automation initiatives using RPA tools (UiPath Automation Anywhere SAP iRPA) to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
Technical Leadership
oProvide guidance to project teams and mentor junior consultants.
oSupport pre-sales activities PoCs and solution pitches for SAP digital transformation projects.
Change Management
oFacilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Compliance & Security
oEnsure adherence to data security privacy and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field; Masters preferred.
12 years of experience in SAP solutioning and delivery with strong focus on PM/EAM and MRO processes.
Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations and digital transformation projects.
Expertise in SAP modules: EAM PM TM CRM IS-U.
Hands-on experience in data migration system integration and process automation using RPA tools.
Strong stakeholder management leadership and project management skills.
Certifications such as TOGAF ITIL PMP are desirable.
