The Summer Intern Compensation will support the administration of compliance-related programs including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Workers Compensation. This role will assist with compliance processes documentation and clerical tasks while gaining exposure to regulatory requirements and employment compliance practices within an organizational setting.
As a summer Intern we will provide you with:

Performance of assignments under the direct supervision of a department lead
Performance of other work-related duties as needed
Your essential functions include but are not limited to:
Assist with the review and updating of job descriptions as part of an organization-wide job description project.
Ensure alignment with the organizational structure and job architecture by confirming that job titles levels and reporting relationships are consistent with the organizations job framework and career ladder.
Validate job description content for clarity accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Review essential functions qualifications physical requirements certifications and required licenses to ensure they are clearly stated legally compliant and reflective of actual job expectations.
Provide administrative and documentation support related to compensation and classification projects.
