EXPERIENCED TRIM TECH SOUTHAVEN KIA
DETAIL-DRIVEN. RELIABLE. TEAM-FOCUSED.
Southaven Kia is seeking an Experienced Trim Technician to support recall work software updates and assist with express shop overflow as needed.
This role is ideal for a technician who is dependable flexible and takes pride in doing precise work correctly the first time.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform trim-related repairs recalls and manufacturer updates
Complete campaign work accurately and efficiently
Assist the express shop during peak volume or overflow
Support general shop workflow and maintain productivity
Follow Kia procedures safety standards and quality expectations
Communicate clearly with advisors express techs and management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous trim or related dealership experience required
Experience handling recalls and OEM updates
Own tools required
Strong attendance and reliability are a must
Flexible and willing to assist where needed
Works well in a team environment
Professional attitude with attention to detail
