Our client in Menomonee Falls WI is expanding their maintenance team and hiring a Maintenance Technician to support increasing production needs and ensure smooth facility operations.
Shift : 1st shift (6:30am-6:30pm) & 3rd shift (6:30pm-6:30am)
Responsibilities:

Perform preventive corrective and emergency maintenance on high-speed automation systems and production equipment
-
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems including diagnosing electrical/electronic and control-related issues
-
Maintain and service material handling equipment such as lifts hoists conveyors and powered systems
-
Repair and maintain plant facility systems including plumbing HVAC ventilation exhaust systems and air compressors
-
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to complete repairs and equipment installations accurately
-
Perform electrical repairs on motors controls and related components to ensure safe and reliable operation
-
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and gauges to maintain equipment performance and reliability
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education certification or trade training is an asset
-
4 7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience maintaining and repairing production machinery and related auxiliary equipment
-
Strong working knowledge of robotics and automated systems
-
Solid understanding of hydraulic pneumatic and industrial electrical systems
-
Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills including PLC diagnostics and controls experience preferred
