The Role

As a Field Events Team Lead you will:

• Directly manage coach and develop a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors. Youll own their onboarding training and ongoing success at every event.
• Set clear expectations and lead from the front actively coaching your team in real time and providing direct feedback to build confidence professionalism and a strong brand presence with our future customers.
• Be present in the field traveling across our markets to observe execution firsthand reinforce standards and help your team perform at a high level.
• Hold your team accountable to results by owning event performance including lead quality volume and conversion.
• Build the right event strategy by identifying evaluating and securing home shows trade shows and community events that actually drive business.

Who You Are

• An experienced people leader with 2 years of coaching and developing teams ideally in field marketing events or brand activation environments.
• Able and willing to travel 30-40% across our markets (Peoria IL; Fort Madison IA; Des Moines IA; Omaha NE; Grand Island NE; Sioux City IA; Wichita KS; Springfield MO; Kansas City KS; and Denver CO)
• Creative and bold in your approach; willing to try new ideas test what works and push beyond how its always been done.
• Decisive organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing momentum or standards.
• Pre-employment screening includes but isnt limited to motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
