The Rozenburg site is a powerhouse of 24/7 industrial activity featuring six interconnected plants and a seventh currently under construction. At the heart of this complexity is our Operations Team. We are looking for an ambitious intern to act as a Strategic Problem Solverhelping us streamline our operations and empower our operators to focus on what matters most.

Your Mission

You wont just be watching from the sidelines; you will be driving change. Your goal is to optimize the operators workload through three key pillars:

• Intelligent Alarm Management: Dive into the data of our control room. You will analyze alarm systems identify noise and implement adjustments to ensure our operators only see what is critical.

• Process Automation (MOC): Take the lead on Management of Change projects. Youll design and propose new logics to automate manual interventions moving the plant toward a more autonomous future.

• Organizational Design: Become an internal consultant. You will evaluate the operators scope of work and lead the transition of tasks to other teams (like Day Shift) to create a more balanced and efficient 24/7 operation.

Ben jij de juiste persoon voor deze functie

• Bachelor Engineering Degree
• Minimum availability for this internship: 3 months (preferably 4months)
• Fluent in English good level of Dutch
