This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both internal communications and media relations within a dynamic global organization. The intern will support the development and execution of communication strategies that engage employees and strengthen the firms reputation with external audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting editing and distributing internal communications including newsletters announcements and intranet content.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly news summaries for the leadership team.
- Help coordinate media interviews press releases and responses to media inquiries.
- Help organize meetings and keep track of important information.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to learn more about payments and communications.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Currently studying Communications Journalism and Public Relations with graduation expected in Dec 2027 or later.
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong writing editing and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Interested in learning about financial services and payments.
- Available to work 6h per day (30h/week) from 9hs-16hs or 10hs-17hs (with 1h lunch break).
- Available to work in person 5 days per week at our São Paulo Office(Itaim Bibi) located at Av Brigadeiro Faria Lima 3729.
Reminders:
- Full-time students (curso Integral) are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and are in the final year of their studies in 2026.
- Students from universities outside the São Paulo Metropolitan area are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and live within a commutable distance from the office. Students should confirm their universities specific criteria before applying.
