Job Summary
A title insurance agency is seeking a senior Director of Settlement Operations to oversee the full settlement lifecycle end-to-end. This is a high-responsibility leadership role with significant fiduciary and operational oversight.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the entire settlement process from contract to close
Managing large wire transfers and escrow disbursements
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial requirements
Leading settlement operations and internal controls
