THE BUSINESS UNIT
Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AT) products and services are found on virtually every commercial defense and space aircraft in the world. As a Director Treasury here at Honeywell you will be responsible for overseeing the companys treasury operations including cash management funding strategies and risk management. You will play a critical role in optimizing the companys financial resources and ensuring financial stability.
You will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and youll work out of our Charlotte NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the organizations financial health by managing liquidity forecasting cash flow and implementing effective treasury policies. Your expertise will be essential in supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing the overall financial performance of the company.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee cash management activities including daily cash positioning and short-term investments.
- Develop and implement funding strategies to support business operations and growth.
- Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk through effective hedging strategies.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and present treasury reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury or finance-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
- Experience in cash management and funding strategies.
- Knowledge of risk management practices related to foreign exchange and interest rates.
