Do you love fast-paced environments great food and creating WOW moments for guests Our leading family leisure destination is looking for an energetic Assistant Park Manager with strong Food & Beverage experience to help lead the fun.
Youll lead from the frontcoaching inspiring and energising your teams to deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint of the guest journey. From the first smile to the last bite youll help create an atmosphere thats welcoming inclusive and bursting with fun.
Youll be a true brand ambassador: commercial creative curious and brave always looking for ways to raise standards delight guests and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on role where youll support the Park Manager team own the day-to-day F&B operation and inspire teams to deliver brilliant service from open to close.

What Youll Do
Lead and motivate kitchen and front-of-house teams
Deliver top-quality food service and guest experiences
Manage GP% stock ordering and wastage
Be visible on the park engaging with guests and your team
Ensure health safety food hygiene and compliance standards are always met
What Youll Bring
2 years F&B management experience (leisure or hospitality ideal)
Strong leadership skills and a passion for great service
A positive energetic can-do attitude
Excellent communication and organisation
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable)
