Join a high-growth engineering team as a Lead Platform Engineer to drive the reliability performance and scalability of a cutting-edge sportsbook and casino experience. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping core infrastructure managing a small team of engineers and making critical architectural decisions using a modern stack including Python AWS and Terraform.

What you will do:

Own and drive architectural decisions focusing on uptime resilience and performance across core platform services
Manage and mentor a small engineering team while contributing directly to production code and daily delivery
Lead the technical design for complex infrastructure projects and improve deployment pipelines and observability systems

The ideal candidate:

Over 7 years of engineering experience with deep expertise in Python AWS and distributed systems architecture
Proven track record in a leadership or management role within platform backend or infrastructure engineering
Expert ability to break down complex ambiguous technical problems into clear milestones and scalable engineering plans
