As a reliability engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying leading and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time performance KPIs repair costs and personnel and premature product/ services failures.
As a Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Supportingcustomers insettingthe vision direction and strategies for the Mechanical Integrity and RBI implementationand theselectionofappropriate assessmentapproach.
- Leading planning and execution of RBI and inspection planning processes.
- Facilitating hands-on knowledge transferworkshopscoveringRisk Based Inspection InspectionPlanning and DataManagementCorrosionMonitoring.
- Supporting theestablishmentand roll-outof integrity operating windows (IOW) programs.
- Leadtesting acceptance and quality assurance of deliverables in line with agreed criteria.
- Collaborating withclientspartnersand internal teamsto ensure quality of deliverables and end-user acceptance.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degreeinMechanical IndustrialorMetallurgicalengineering.
- Have 15yearswork experience in asset intensive industry(oil & gas chemicalsLNG etc).
- Have 10yearshands-on experience inmechanical integrityand reliabilityengineering services.
- Have extensive experience in process equipment inspection and integrity assessment.
- Have strong understanding of inspection codes and standards and regulatory frameworks such asNR13.
- Have proven experience inmaterial corrosion corrosion control techniques and NDT.
- Have a solid understanding of asset management principlesofISO 55000.
- Have strong knowledge of international codes and standards ASME API ASTM NACE.
- Have valid professional certifications (API 510 API 570 API 653 API 580 API 571).
- Have practical experience withMechanical Integrity softwareplatforms( E2G AnteaCapestoneor other similar platforms.)
