Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Executive to drive market growth and commercial performance across assigned countries. This role combines financial ownership strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainable revenue growth and operational efficiency.
The Senior Commercial Executive will play a key strategic role in supporting the Commercial Director by ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across the Commercial department.
This position will oversee performance tracking contract lifecycle management and stakeholder communication acting as a central point of coordination to drive efficiency compliance and business impact.
As a Senior Commercial Executive you will:
- Drive initiatives to grow market share in assigned countries
- Support marketing and commercial budgeting monitoring performance and P&L results
- Review and structure key commercial agreements to maximize ROI and mitigate risk
- Provide analysis and reporting to support commercial and product decisions
- Align cross-functional teams (BI Marketing CRM Compliance Finance and local teams) on market strategy execution
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned markets and lead strategic projects
- Improve commercial processes and ensure timely operational reporting
What youll bring
- Strong experience in a commercial or business role within a consumer-focused digital industry (iGaming is a plus)
- Experience working with P&L and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Understanding of online customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in international environments is a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
