Job Summary

On behalf of our client we are looking for an Executive Secretary to join their team in Riyadh.


Job Summary :

Responsible for supporting senior management by managing daily administrative and clerical tasks including preparing and organizing documents scheduling meetings managing correspondence and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures efficient office operations and facilitates smooth communication at the executive level.


Responsibilities :

Manage executive schedules appointments and travel arrangements

Draft review and prepare correspondence reports and official documents

Organize meetings prepare agendas and record meeting minutes

Serve as a communication link between management staff and external partners

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Handle confidential information with discretion

Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth workflow


Requirements :

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic & English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Professionalism and attention to detail

Experience 3-5 years in an administrative or executive support role

Diploma or Bachelors in Secretarial Studies Business Administration or English

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Drivers license preferred
