Job Summary
Job Title: Community Mobilizer

Job Description:
- Actively participate in community events and engage with potential candidates.
- Establish and nurture relationships to expand the network of available resources for candidate sourcing.
- Utilize social media and other innovative methods to reach out to potential candidates.
- Organize and lead local job fairs career events and campus activities.
- Source qualified job candidates through various channels such as databases networking internet resources and job fairs.
- Conduct daily door-to-door mobilization efforts.
- Gather and organize data of target beneficiaries from the community.
- Coordinate and form batches for different training programs.
- Conduct home visits for trainees as needed.
- Organize community events such as rallies certificate ceremonies and career fairs.
- Mobilize the community through various methods including setting up stalls making announcements conducting community drives and meeting with influencers and community members.
- Conduct surveys and provide daily reports.

- Strong marketing skills.
- Proficient in online and offline networking.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
