Job Summary
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Recruiter to promote and enroll candidates for International Courses. The role involves field outreach student sourcing counseling support and driving enrollments through on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field activities to source students for international courses
Visit colleges institutes coaching centers and local areas for candidate outreach
Generate leads through seminars roadshows and awareness campaigns
Explain international course details eligibility and benefits to candidates
Support counseling and admission processes
Maintain daily field visit and lead reports
Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (graduates preferred)
Experience: 03 years in field recruitment sales or education marketing
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of smartphones WhatsApp and MS Excel
Preferred Skills
Experience in education overseas courses or skill development sector
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Local market knowledge of Kaithal and nearby areas
