Job Summary

Design develop and maintain MIS dashboards and periodic reports for management and leadership.

Independently identify key business KPIs and performance parameters based on business objectives.

Analyze data across departments (sales operations placements marketing finance as required).

Create automated and manual reports and submit insights directly to the CEO.

Translate business requirements into data models reports and visualizations.

Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness of all reports.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and improve reporting frameworks.

Support decision-making through trend analysis variance analysis and forecasting inputs.

Requirements

Working experience with Tableau or Power BI or Zoho Analytics
Strong understanding of data structures reporting logic and dashboard design principles.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas pivots data cleaning).
Ability to understand business models and workflows quickly.
Strong judgment on what data matters and what should be reported
13 years of experience in an MIS / Data Analyst / Business Analyst role.
Prior experience working with leadership or CXO-level reporting is a plus.
