We are expanding our presence in Quebec particularly the Greater Montreal Area and are seeking motivated commission-based Sales Representatives who understand the local market and can build strong relationships with Quebec-based businesses.
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential ideal for sales professionals who are confident self-driven and fluent in French.
What Youll Do
- Identify and approach businesses across Montreal and Quebec
- Prospect through calls emails LinkedIn networking and referrals
- Present Appoint Staffings outsourcing services clearly and professionally
- Understand client needs and recommend customized staffing solutions
- Close deals and manage follow-ups with decision-makers
- Build long-term relationships with Quebec-based clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity

Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience selling in the Quebec market is a strong asset
- Fluency in French (mandatory); English is a strong plus
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated organized and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Access to your own tools (phone internet CRM etc.)
- Existing Quebec business network is an advantage (not mandatory)
