Job Summary

As a Head of Content you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Content Writers. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research on industry-related topics generating ideas and creating content for our platforms and contributing to our blogs.

Requirements

Lead the Content Writing team and manage the teams performance productivity and quality;
Ensure the team is aligned with the marketing objectives to develop the content plan across multiple channels as well as the brands tone of voice in blogs Platforms content and PR;
Review edit verify and fact-check content pieces prepared by the team;
Propose copy concepts and allocate research to team members to produce well-researched content for publication online and in print;
Have an excellent understanding of numbers and leverage platform data to support the content created;
Monitor content performance numerically through dashboard KPIs and qualitatively;
Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience;
Create style guides to ensure content is consistent and clear;
Set a strict & busy editorial calendar collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials by the Content Writing team;
Assist the marketing team in developing the brand tone of voice in external and internal communication as well as sales kits content writing
