Job Summary
Job Title: Wheel Loader Operator
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Wheel Loader Operator to work at our project site in Um Bab Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating wheel loader equipment safely and efficiently to support daily operational and site requirements while strictly adhering to safety regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operate wheel loader machinery to load transport and stockpile materials such as sand gravel soil and aggregates.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine inspections of the wheel loader to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and report any mechanical issues defects or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Follow site safety rules traffic management plans and operational procedures at all times.
Ensure safe loading and unloading practices to avoid damage to materials equipment or property.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other operators to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain accurate daily operation and equipment usage records if required.
Adhere to environmental and safety standards applicable to the worksite.
Attend emergency or urgent operational requirements as instructed by site management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 23 years of experience as a Wheel Loader Operator in construction quarry or industrial environments.
Must hold a valid Qatar Wheel Loader Operator License and Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Strong knowledge of safe operating procedures and equipment handling.
Ability to work long hours and under demanding site conditions.
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in quarry cement plant or large-scale construction sites.
Awareness of occupational health safety and environmental (HSE) standards.
Basic mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment issues.
