Sales Manager

Berglund Outdoors is seeking a driven hands-on Sales Manager to lead our sales operation focused on all-terrain vehicles side-by-sides and outdoor recreation products. This role is ideal for a sales leader with experience in ATVs campers RVs or similar lifestyle-based retail environments who understands how to balance team leadership customer experience and performance results.

What Youll Do
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve volume margin and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage the full sales process from customer engagement to deal close.
- Set daily and monthly sales objectives and track performance consistently.
- Work closely with inventory marketing and operations to ensure the right mix of products on the floor.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across ATVs and Utility Vehicles and related outdoor vehicles.
- Ensure a professional energetic showroom experience that reflects the Berglund brand.
- Train the team on effective selling techniques follow-up and relationship-building.
What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics)
- Consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Strong gross profit performance while maintaining competitive pricing.
- High levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Engaged accountable sales team with low turnover.
- Accurate reporting and forecasting of sales performance.
What Were Looking For
- Previous sales management or senior sales experience
- Background in ATVs powersports campers RVs boats or similar recreational products preferred
- Proven ability to lead by example and close deals
- Strong communication coaching and organizational skills
- Results-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Valid drivers license and flexibility to work weekends as needed
