Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) for a float assignment in Ashburn VA. This role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy services across assigned locations supporting patients/students in improving functional abilities independence and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is flexible patient-focused and able to thrive in dynamic work environments.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance daily living motor sensory and cognitive skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams caregivers and support staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations progress notes and treatment records
Adjust therapy plans based on patient progress and evolving needs
Provide coverage and clinical support across multiple sites as part of a float assignment

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying work environments
