Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Must have Houston and All Surrounding Areas Medical contacts and relationships developed for future growth in the industry
- Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns
- Maintain daily weekly and monthly referral forecasts
- Manage and track all leads and ensure theyre followed up with in a timely manner
- Collect and analyze business metrics
- Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
- Build and monitor a positive perception as a high-quality provider in the local community
- Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with working knowledge of government agencies major payer groups key referral sources and competitors market positioning
Senior Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Strong communication organization timemanagement skills
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thriveson goals
- Bachelors degree in marketing businessadministration or a related field preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency inMicrosoft Office
- At lease five (3) years of home health business development required
