Job Summary
Client Offer LOCALS OK - same rate Required skills: Assessment Cardiopulmonary/Circulatory Documentation Equipment and Devices (Crutches Gait belt Hospital bed Rolling Walker Should slings Standard Walker Supplemental Oxygen delivery) Ortho Neuro Home Exercise Program Lifting and Transfer Medications Patient family education Signs & Symptoms physical sexual psychological abuse Must have home health experience; OASIS training preferred Certs required: BLS PTA state licensed Scrubs: Any solid color scrub Unit Info (share with your traveler): Patients: Cardiopulmonary Geriatrics Med/Surg Neuro Ortho Oncology specialty/patient population Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day (MINIMUM of 6 points per day at managers discretion may increase by 1 point) Every other weekend required Laptop MiFi for internet access Portable printers BayCare Forms BayCare Scheduling Ace Timesheet documentation system Other requirements: 2 years experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits. Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file. Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work. Based on the needs of the HomeCare office the visits and hours will be self-scheduled
