Job Summary

Christian Life Center (CLC) is seeking a Finance Controller to lead accounting operations safeguard financial resources and partner with leadership in stewarding the ministrys financial health. This role is ideal for a detail-driven financial leader who values integrity collaboration and purpose-driven work.

What Youll Do:

Oversee accounting operations including AP payroll purchasing and contribution reporting
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
Lead the annual budgeting process and support financial reporting to leadership and committees
Ensure compliance with payroll tax filings (W-2s 1099s) ACA and benefits administration
Supervise and develop finance team members
Partner with external accounting firms for annual financial reviews

What Youll Bring:

Bachelors degree in accounting finance or another related field required (MBA or CPA preferred)
5 years of experience in financial management or accounting leadership
Strong knowledge of accounting principles compliance and internal controls
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
Active commitment to a Christian lifestyle and CLC church involvement
