If so we have an amazing opportunity for you to utilize those skills and more while offering opportunities for growth as a Lead Engineer with B.F. Saul Company and Affiliates at our new property that is opening soon Hampden House located in Bethesda Maryland.
Under the direction of the Chief Engineer the Lead Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the property and providing superior customer service to all residents.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
*Attendance is essential to this position. The community is open 24/7 weekend work or overnight hours may be expected.
WHAT YOU BRING
You will need five or more years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills and a high school diploma. You must be able to lift (60 lbs.) and safely move appliances comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet and experience in multifamily or hospitality environments preferred but not required.
