Our L&D organization plays a vital role in ensuring Dexcom products reach customers efficiently and on time. From managing material flow tooptimizingdistribution processes this team is the backbone of operational excellence. At the Mesa Regional Distribution Center (RDC) collaboration and precision are keywe work across shifts and functions to keep everything moving seamlessly.
As a Logistics Analyst at Dexcomyoullbe the central hub for coordination within the Mesa RDC. Your mission: keep material flowing smoothly and operations running without disruption.Youllmanage shipment planning truck scheduling and administrative tasks while using data analysis tomonitorperformance andidentifyimprovement opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving organization andleveragingdata to drive efficiency.
The Logistics Analyst ensures seamless coordination of material flow andlogisticsoperations within Dexcoms Mesa RDC. Acting asa central pointfor cross-functional and cross-shift communication this role drives issue resolution and manages exceptions tomaintainoperational continuity. Responsibilities include shipment planning truck scheduling administrative support and performance monitoring through data analysis. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills problem-solving ability andproficiencyin data tools to enable fact-based decision-making and operational excellence.
Where you come in:
You will act as a key liaison for cross-functional and cross-shift communication ensuringtimelyupdates and alignment.
You will manage issue resolution and exception handling to minimize operational delays.
You will coordinate shipment planning truck scheduling and material flow to support efficient operations.
You will perform administrative tasks related to documentation reporting and compliance.
You will develop and maintain KPIs and reports tomonitorquality customer satisfaction and cost performance.
You will collect and analyze data toidentifytrends and support decision-making.
You will ensure data accuracy byvalidatingsources and collaborating with IT and Analytics teams.
You will support projects that improve operational efficiency and cost management.
You will communicate effectively stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
What makes you successful:
You havestrong communicationand problem-solving skills that enable effective cross-functional coordination and quick issue resolution.
You have advancedproficiencyin Excel including formulas pivot tables graphs and macros.
You have experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms to turn data into actionable insights.
You have hands-on experience withSmartSheetandLucidchartfor project tracking and process mapping.
You have a solid background in project management driving initiatives from planning through execution.
You haveexpertisein presenting data to diagnose issuesidentifyprocess gaps and develop predictive models that inform decision-making.
You have 5 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Oracle.
You have experienceleveragingMicrosoft Power Apps and automation tools to streamline workflows.
You have worked in a regulated industry such as healthcare or medical devices and understand compliance requirements.

Exempt Salary Details:
The annual base salary range for this role is $56200.00 to $93600.00. Final compensation package willultimately dependon factors including relevant experience skillset knowledge businessneedsand market demand.
Language Skills:Must be able to communicate effectively in English.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rulesoperatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability towriteroutine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees oforganization.
