Job Summary
As a Mobilisation Care Team Care Assistant no two days are the same but your impact is always life-changing.
Youll:
- Support individuals to mobilise safely and confidently in their own homes
- Encourage independence with daily living activities
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Assist with medication mobility aids and mealtimes
- Offer reassurance motivation and companionship
