Inviting applications for the role of TA (US)- Manager!
In this role The Manager of TA Shared Services will directly and indirectly manage the day-to-day operations of a highly scalable centralized recruiting shared services team. This role will be responsible for standardizing optimizing & managing processes as related to scheduling interviewing and hiring candidates to allow for efficient and scalable delivery of core recruiting services. The Manager will evaluate and manage daily team performance including productivity and quality using data and metrics.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the staffing of resort based roles from entry level through manager.
Enable Dow Jones talent philosophy aligning support and enablement to Talent Supply strategy and outcomes.
Champion the departments process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and accuracy with a focus on ensuring strong controls are in place.
Manage direct and develop assigned personnel to ensure team and individual expectations are achieved. Responsible for priority setting and hiring. Ensures staff is trained in departmental processes and procedures to meet goals and expectations.
Provide a data driven understanding of the job market to influence internal stakeholders and advance best-in-class strategies that elevate our recruitment processes.
Drive proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies identifying optimal markets and talent opportunities.
Have knowledge and insight to laws and regulations impacting the Talent Acquisition function to ensure compliance with the operation.
Foster a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of quick repeatable and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Optimize resource utilization in response to business needs.
Report and analyze operational metrics inclusive of ensuring all service level agreements are upheld within regional teams.
Partner with IT to ensure new functionality system updates year-end acquisitions etc. are handled in the efficient structured environment with thorough testing and quality assurance to minimize the impact of the production environment.
Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and create effective hiring plans.
Lead mentor and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and maintain high performance.
Drive workforce planning headcount forecasting and capability-building initiatives with HR and Finance

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Any Bachelors degree Post Graduation or MBA (HR) (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Relevant years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting Human Resources or translatable work experience
Relevant years of experience in team handling
Proficiency with Workday UKG SOFI ticketing Microsoft Office Google Suites including advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong supervisory and leadership ability required
Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships
Ability to manage and influence diverse set of stakeholders
Must be attentive to detail and accuracy and committed to excellence and quality.
Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills required.
Strong verbal and written communications skills including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
Able to present complex data in a simplified manner
Strong organizational skills
Handles pressure well adjusts plans to meet change needs and acts on opportunities
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
