Barback

JOB OVERVIEW:

Under the general guidance of the Assistant Bar Manager the Barback is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the bar by ensuring it is fully stocked clean and organized. This role is essential in maintaining a seamless service experience upholding brand standards and assisting the bar team in delivering exceptional hospitality to guests.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support bartenders by restocking the bar with necessary supplies including ice garnishes glassware and alcohol.
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar by wiping down surfaces washing glassware and disposing of trash.
• Assist in preparing garnishes and organizing mixers to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when supplies are running low.
• Help with setting up the bar for special events including organizing cocktail supplies and ensuring the bar area is clean and ready for guests.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations including maintaining proper handling and storage of alcohol and perishables.
• Assist with closing duties such as cleaning the bar area organizing storage and preparing for the next service.
• Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service. 

We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
