Were seeking a highly analytical execution-focused FP&A Manager to join our lean high-impact finance this role you will own financial planning reporting and visibility across a rapidly scaling company operating in complex capital-intensive environments. Youll lead budgeting forecasting and performance management processes that enable fast confident decisions by our leadership team and Board of Directors. This is not a sit-back-and-report role you will build systems models and processes from the ground up. Were looking for someone who can dive deep operate with incomplete information and help shape the financial backbone of a company scaling quickly with increasing operational and reporting complexity.
Responsibilities
- Own the company-wide budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Redesign build refine and maintain detailed financial models including: Long-term projections Annual operating budgets Budget vs. actual analysis and Scenario & sensitivity modeling
- Manage monthly and quarterly performance reviews variance analysis and reporting for leadership
- Prepare and support monthly and quarterly reporting for: Executive leadership Board of Directors and Investors
- Develop track and maintain KPIs and dashboards used by leadership and the board
- Partner cross-functionally with sales engineering operations supply chain and other teams to track: Spend vs. plan Headcount forecasts Program and project budgets and Capital allocation decisions
- Actively support and drive NetSuite enhancements to improve data quality structure and reporting reliability
- Design and implement scalable FP&A tools dashboards and processes as the company grows
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership on strategic initiatives trade studies and business decisions
- Help lay the foundation for a scalable FP&A function as AnySignal continues to grow
Basic Requirements
- 5 years of experience in FP&A strategic finance investment banking management consulting corporate finance or similar roles
- Experience in hardware manufacturing aerospace/defense or high-growth startups strongly preferred
- Advanced financial modeling skills and strong command of Excel (or Google Sheets); experience with ERP and BI tools strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally gather inputs pressure-test assumptions and drive clarity
- High level of ownership urgency and comfort operating in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to distill complex technical and financial information into clear actionable insights for leadership
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting investor and board-level reporting
- Exposure to early-stage or scaling operational environments
- Experience improving financial systems data quality and reporting infrastructure
- Interest in working on in the space and defense sector on technically complex products and long-term strategic programs

$160000 - $190000 a year
Base salary: depends on experience
Equity: Stock options as part of total compensation
