About the Role
Werehiring aCustomer Experience and Routing Specialistto support both our office team and field technicians. This role combinescustomer servicescheduling anddaily routingto ensure customers are taken careofand routes run efficiently.
Youllwork within a 3-person routing team and play a keypartin keeping technicians productive and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Answer and manage daily customer calls
- Assistwith scheduling rescheduling and billing questions
- Provide excellent service and clear communication
- Support technicians with customer notes and updates
- Assistwith capacity planning and service forecasting
- Build and adjust daily routes
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills and ability to learn software
- High attention to detail & strong multitasking
- Reliable professional and team-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in dispatching routing scheduling or call centers
- Service industry office experience (HVAC lawn care pest control etc.)
