Job Summary
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations at Allia Health. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will assist with onboarding employee record maintenance HRIS data entry and administrative support for HR initiatives and programs. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring completion of required documentation.
Perform timely and accurate HR data entry including data and pay rate changes in ADP Workforce Now
Prepare HR Memos
Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data in ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ensure compliance with federal state and company HR regulations and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelors degree in Human Resources and or Business Administration or 5 years of experience working in an HR Role in lieu of degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator HR Assistant or similar role
Intermediate knowledge of HR practices policies and employment laws
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience using an HRIS system (e.g. ADP Workforce Now Paycom BambooHR Workday)
Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
Experience with ADP SASS
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
