You will be working in a strategic marketing role at one of the worlds Top 100 brands. TD Marketing is consistently recognized in the industry; having won multiple campaign awards across categories including Sponsorship Direct Marketing Advertising and Digital Marketing.
The Marketing Planning team partners with our business units channels and marketing specialists to design world-class marketing strategies and campaigns that drive shareholder value and customer loyalty. We are customer-led growth engineers that integrate the art of creative marketing with the science of analytics marketing to enrich our customers lives by exceeding their needs and expectations.
Our team acts as leaders on all aspects of marketing influencing the business strategy while ensuring the TD brand is protected and delivered in the customer experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Planning Wealth and Investing leads marketing strategy development and execution across all TD investing businesses from retail investing online or at a branch through to full-service advisory and self-directed investing platforms. The team focuses on the three key areas of building the TD and investing brands driving acquisition of new customers and deepening relationships of existing customers through account management strategies. The focus for this role will be in the area of self-directed investing supporting the TD Easy TradeTM platform with exposure to other Pan-Wealth programs across multiple businesses.
Provide support to existing and new email marketing and owned channel programs targeting existing TD Easy Trade clients
Support attracting the next generation of investors segment in new and innovative ways
Review results and key findings of programs understanding program results and insights to drive future Acquisition programs including Post Implementation Reports (PIR)
Support Acquisition digital initiatives including Always On SEO and Paid Social campaigns
Conduct regular competitive tracking and analysis providing insights on the competitive landscape
Provide support on the FY2027 annual plan including a SWOT analysis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with an undergraduate degree or diploma in Finance Accounting Analytics Data Business/Commerce Communications or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
Demonstrated leadership through volunteer activities community involvement or related experience
Problem solving skills and proven analytical capabilities
Quantitative ability to draw insights from data
English and French Bilingual is an asset
Excellent verbal communication and written communication skills
Proven strength managing relationships
Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

This position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 4th August 21st 2026.
