Join our dynamic FAC Operation Integration team at Micron in Taichung Taiwan where you will play a pivotal role in driving balanced initiatives and improving operational efficiency. As a FAC Operation Integration Engineer you will play a key role in connecting with other semiconductor companies in Taiwan. You will coordinate activities to enhance labor efficiency and assist our FAC Operation director with managing schedules and important performance metrics. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional eager to make a meaningful contribution!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and track progress towards 12DGs benchmarks.
Support communication between Micron and other semiconductor companies in Taiwan.
Coordinate and lead activities such as cost-saving initiatives team-building events and year-end parties.
Assist managers in tracking benchmark results to ensure targets are met on time.
Schedule and coordinate engagement meetings between suppliers and Micron managers.
Maintain effective communication with CTSP/ASIP.
Manage headcount and seating arrangements within the FAC Operation division.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in project management and operations integration.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in the semiconductor industry.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and tracking critical metrics.
Demonstrated ability to successfully implement cost-saving initiatives.
Outstanding leadership and team-building skills.
