What Youll Do
- Guide clients through assessments job exploration and career preparation.
- Conduct practice interviews and provide on-the-job coaching as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers across Kansas City.
- Assist clients with job applications onboarding and workplace success.
- Track progress document outcomes and maintain accurate case records in Therap.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote PALS U Careers and community awareness.
- Support summer work programs and team projects as assigned.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (required); associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- 1 year of experience in employment services job coaching or human services (preferred).
- Strong communication and organization skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems (Therap experience a plus).
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable vehicle (required).
- Ability to complete CPR First Aid and employment support certifications.
