1st shift (United States of America)Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Vendor Management: Serve as Primary Point of Contact and Oversee the performance of subservicers to ensure they meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
2. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics often through dashboards and performance scorecards to evaluate service delivery and operational efficiency.
3. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver detailed reports to senior management on performance risk and compliance issues.
4. Compliance and Risk: Monitor Subservicer and Internal Testing to ensure compliance with State Federal Investor and Agency guidelines.
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service workflows and customer experience
6. Delinquency and Default Management: Provide oversight of default-related activities managed by the subservicer such as collections loss mitigation bankruptcy and foreclosure.
7. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or breaches of service level agreements or guidelines identified through monitoring and audits.
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and related experience.
2. 15 years of mortgage servicing experience to include responsible risk management and strategic decision-making and ability to manage complex projects and initiatives
3. Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Default Experience
4. Minimum of 5 Years of Mortgage Subservicing Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Excellent leadership consulting and communication skills including the ability to lead direct and indirect reports and influence all levels within the organization
2. Excellent negotiation skills and highly collaborative planning ability excellent diplomacy tact judgment problem-solving and decision-making skills
3. Ability to think critically and strategically and drive change; capability of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently
4. Strong quantitative governance and analytical abilities
5. Ability to solve complex problems and drive structure through ambiguity
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide effective challenge to senior management and cross functional leadership
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office technologies (PowerPoint Excel Word Visio)
