The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle UK further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

The Event Center Usher is primarily responsible for assisting guests in locating their seats for concerts and events. Other responsibilities include scanning tickets setting up row and seat markers and general customer service. This is an on-call (as needed) position that requires standing and walking for several consecutive hours. Responsibilities:

Interact with concert going guest and create smooth enjoyable experiences.
Direct guests to their seats and provide any information they may have.
A friendly personality is essential.
Other job functions include scanning tickets setting up the room with section and row markers and general customer service.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk for several consecutive hours.
Superior organization skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays which may result in extended hours.
Friendly and personable.
Bilingual is a plus.

License Requirements:

Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Will be required to be able to remain on their feet for extended periods of time.

Working Conditions:

Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment.
Constantly standing/walking.
Working with others and independently

Target Hourly Range: $15.00
