Position Overview
Were seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Winter T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids thrives in a leadership position and wants to make a meaningful impact in their communitywhile earning extra income on the weekends.

What Youll Do

Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 34) and Coach Pitch (ages 56) games
Oversee our volunteers coaching the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun safe and engaging
Communicate clearly with parents players and volunteer coaches
Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the i9 Sports culture
Ensure games are organized on time and enjoyable for all families

Requirements

At least 18 years of age (25 preferred)
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
Comfortable leading both kids and adults in a group setting
Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
Saturday availability (January - February 9:30am-1:30pm)
