Your job
As an Onboarding Specialist you will work directly with our hotel partners and play a key role in bringing them successfully onto the Get-e platform for use with our airline clients. No two hotels are the same so this role requires a tailored hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly.
You will combine a commercial mindset with a solid technical understanding to train hotels on Get-e technology and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. As the primary point of contact for your hotel suppliers you will build strong long-term relationships and help drive mutual success. You will report directly to the Head of Hotels and become part of a collaborative and growing Hotels team of around 10 people.
Your profile
At least 3 years of experience in customer or supplier onboarding technical implementations or account management
Confident in working directly with suppliers and independently leading presentations and training sessions
Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Excel
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
Bonus: experience in aviation hospitality or travel technology
Responsibilities
Build manage and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners
Lead the onboarding of new hotel suppliers including training on Get-e technology administrative processes and communication workflows
Provide ongoing technical support and monitor daily hotel portal operations
Collect partner feedback and collaborate with the IT team to drive continuous improvements
Proactively manage supplier accounts to optimize performance and engagement
Monitor hotel performance resolve issues and ensure consistent service quality
Act as the key point of contact between hotel partners Get-e Operations and Get-e IT
