Location: Paris - France or Barcelona - Spain
The Team
You will be part of the Relocation Team working closely with our Sales Immigration Real Estate and Corporate departments. We are looking for a Relocation Coordinator/Specialist/Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering a seamless experience for international clients moving to France or other counties we operate in Europe.
In this role you will coordinate internal and external clients relocation services manage partners and vendors support our clients end-to-end and ensure smooth communication across teams. You will play a key role in elevating the client experience by acting as their operational point of contact throughout their relocation journey.

Tasks
Lead & Client Management
  • Respond to internal lead referral emails and coordinate kick-off communication.
  • Hold lead meetings to present and sell Relocation Services (sales-driven attitude).
  • Create Service quotes for House Hunt Shipping Translation Document retrieval and other Relocation Services and ensure clients payments
  • Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Conduct online video meetings with clients to guide them through processes and updates.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Send requests to external vendors and partners to obtain service quotes.
  • Scout evaluate and onboard new local partners for House Hunting creating a strong and reliable realtors network.
  • Coordinate with partners for service execution and ensure quality and timelines are met.
  • Follow up with partners to ensure client satisfaction until conclusion of the services
Delivery of Internal Administrative Services
  • Drivers License exchange coordination.
  • School and masters degree research and support with enrolment processes.
  • Coordination of house utility bills connections and administrative set-ups.
  • Delivery of Admin Hours sold to our clients as a bespoke service
Delivery of External Administrative Services
  • Hold and coordinate online house viewings with realtors and clients.
  • Coordinate house utility bills connections including receiving installation teams when needed.
  • Manage Embassy/Consulate appointments for apostille and criminal record requests.
Key Outcomes:
What do we expect you to accomplish after 12 months
  • Get fully trained on Lexidys relocation workflows internal processes and service delivery standards.
  • Learn about our administrative and external relocation services across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Shadow fellow team members and understand the client journey end-to-end.
  • Get trained on CRM usage and internal tools to deliver high-quality client coordination.
  • Start managing simple relocation cases conducting online viewings and delivering basic administrative services.
What do we expect you to accomplish after 36 months
  • Manage your own portfolio of relocation clients autonomously.
  • Handle all stages of a relocation project including coordination delivery follow-ups and problem-solving.
  • Build a strong network of reliable partners and real estate contacts.
  • Consistently identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within client interactions.
  • Deliver high-quality relocation experiences that meet Lexidys customer satisfaction expectations.
You have:
  • Educational background: bachelors degree or completed masters degree.
    Preferred: Project Management / Business / Real Estate / Hospitality / International Relations.
  • Minimum 35 years of professional experience in relocation real estate hospitality customer operations or similar client-facing coordination roles.
  • Experience dealing with administrative tasks and vendors.
  • CRM-savvy (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (native or bilingual). Other languages are a plus.
  • A natural ability to multitask coordinate and keep track of multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactivity autonomy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A dynamic rigorous and detail-oriented personality.
  • Openness to feedback and a continuous improvement mindset.
