Our focus spans the lifecycle of fixed income securities warrants equities Depositary Receipts and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
As a trusted partner for global market players including banks companies and governments we navigate complex financial reorganizations and restructurings. Our team operates cross-regionally offering exposure to diverse processes and a unique opportunity to explore the corporate world.
Role and Responsibilities:
As part of the Corporate Actions Information Team your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting information received via email or SWIFT from agents depositaries and trustees.
- Analyzing the received information and advising clients via DACE notifications.
- Negotiating with agents to obtain event setups that best suit our clients needs.
- Maintaining regular contact with agents depositories trustees and Client Service representatives.
Qualifications:
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Lean and continuous improvement methodology/mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Brings prior experience from the finance/banking sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify inconsistencies in various contexts.
- Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain positive professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks with respect to scheduled deadlines and payment dates.
