For Linklaters in Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Client & Market Intelligence Senior Analyst role.
About the Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders lawyers and partners globally.
BDM LGS is a diverse and highly skilled team of marketing business development data and operations professionals dedicated to supporting the wider BDM function in driving revenue growth nurturing our priority client relationships and strengthening the firms reputation. Our team works on initiatives ranging from pitch creation and marketing content management to market intelligence and data analytics creative design and event coordination.

You will be responsible for
Leading competitive intelligence and benchmarking within the legal industry to anticipate market trends and inform strategic decisions.
Providing proactive data-driven market intelligence to shape and refine key marketing and business development campaigns.
Producing high-quality insight-led reports comparing the firms offerings and strategies with those of key competitors including clear recommendations.
Shaping and overseeing the creation and continuous improvement of dashboards and reports that present key insights and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Conducting advanced analysis of client behaviour preferences and satisfaction to identify market trends competitive dynamics and growth opportunities.
Designing and executing targeted research on priority clients industries and markets using both publicly available and subscription-based resources.
Leading the collection analysis and interpretation of complex market data turning it into actionable insight to support firm-wide and practice-level strategic planning.
Apply if you
Have solid experience in strategic research competitive intelligence or market analysis ideally in professional services or a complex organisation.
Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and using evidence-based insights to shape their strategic decisions.
Are confident with research methodologies and data analysis and can choose the right tools and techniques for each question.
Can create clear compelling reports and presentations that distil complex insight for senior audiences.
Have experience building or using dashboards and visualising key performance metrics.
Have a proven track record of analysing client behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Can gather and critically evaluate information from multiple sources and turn it into actionable recommendations.
Bring strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to see the broader strategic picture.
Communicate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing.
Are fluent in English (C1 or C2 level).
